About Ember

We've run our own businesses since 2008. We built the agency we always needed.

Most agencies have never made payroll, never sat with a slow season, and never had to decide between a new hire and a new van. We have. Ember exists because we know what it's like to do everything alone, and we know what kind of marketing partner we always wished we had.

That partner tracks revenue, not vanity metrics. Answers the phone. Tells you the truth about what's working and what isn't. That's the agency we built.

Our Story

Operators first. Marketers second.
Partners always.

Ember wasn't started by career agency people looking for a niche. It was started by two business owners who learned marketing because their own businesses depended on it.

2008

We became operators

We started running our own businesses and learned the hard way what it means to wear every hat: sales, service, hiring, books, and marketing.

30+ yrs

We became marketers

Between in-house and agency work, we've spent a combined 30+ years doing marketing professionally across hundreds of brands and local markets.

Today

We built Ember

Ember brings both sides together: the operator's understanding of what a booked job is worth, and the marketer's playbook for getting more of them.

Leadership

The founders

Two founders, one standard: if it doesn't grow your revenue, we don't care how good it looks on a report.

Binh Huynh

Founder & CEO

Binh has been building and running businesses since 2008. His marketing career spans search, local SEO, and the operational systems that turn campaigns into booked jobs, built across hundreds of brand engagements.

Marvin Fontanilla

Founder & CMO

Marvin has been an owner-operator since 2008 and a marketer for longer. He has built campaigns, brands, and demand programs for hundreds of companies, from single-truck operations to multi-location businesses.

What We Believe

The standards we hold ourselves to

01

Revenue is the only metric that matters

Rankings, impressions, and clicks are just embers. They only matter if they fuel the outcome. We report on calls, booked jobs, and revenue.

02

We're a partner, not a vendor

We've sat in the owner's chair. We treat your budget the way we treat our own: skeptically, carefully, and with a bias toward what compounds.

03

Doing it alone is the expensive way

We spent years doing everything ourselves. We know exactly where owners lose time and money on marketing. Our job is to take that weight off your plate.

04

Fundamentals compound

Trends change. Google changes. AI is rewriting search. The businesses that win are built on fundamentals: visibility, trust, follow-up, and retention.
