Binh has been building and running businesses since 2008. His marketing career spans search, local SEO, and the operational systems that turn campaigns into booked jobs, built across hundreds of brand and company engagements.

He leads Ember's strategy and client partnerships with one rule: metrics are just embers. The fire is revenue, and that's what we're accountable for.

Marvin has been an owner-operator since 2008 and a marketer for longer than that. He has built campaigns, brands, and demand programs for hundreds of companies, from single-truck operations to multi-location businesses.

He leads Ember's marketing practice: paid media, organic, and the owned channels that keep customers coming back season after season.
